We stand behind the quality of all our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day, hassle-free returns policy to give you complete peace of mind.

Eligibility

Applies to all products purchased on our website or in-store, except Balance Boards, Cork Balls, and Rollers (covered by the Norst Balance Board Guarantee & Warranty).

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log In: Access your account and view your order via the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  2. Request a Return: Click the Return Item(s) button.
  3. Confirmation: We'll notify you via e-mail once your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact connect@norst.co.uk. Availability of requested items is not guaranteed.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
